Shipping Policy

Shipping Update: Due to the potential Canada Post strike, all domestic and international orders will be temporarily on hold. Local pickup in Winnipeg, Manitoba remains available during this time. Shipping will resume once services return to normal.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Northern Spirit Doll Co. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at northernspiritdoll@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
 

Please note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

Because our doll clothing is individually handmade, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, fabric pattern, or stitching. These variations are part of what makes each item special and are not considered defects.
 

We do not offer direct exchanges on clothing items, but if there’s a problem with your order (wrong size, wrong item, or a flaw beyond normal variation), please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to make it right.

All custom clothing orders and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
